Reflection: Ralph Waldo Emerson is definitely right. Character is way higher than intellect. You may be very smart or even genius but if you have a bad character that gift is put to waste. It’s all about being smart and doing what’s right. For example if you are a very highly intelligent person but you have a very corrupt character and use you smartness for evil, then it’s a waste of you being smart. Character matters a lot because it makes you who you are. Both intellectualness and character are important essentials in making you who you are. Choose the right and have a bright character!
