Summary: A young nice girl from Long beach died after a fight with other classmates. These girls were both in fifth grade and were fighting over a boy. They both planned to fight in a nearby alley. Joanna Ramos suffered of a blood clot in her brain after she fought with the other girl. The doctor performed a surgery on Joanna’s brain but she couldn’t make it alive and she died. This is a very sad story that can happen to any of us and fighting can lead to death

 Reflection: This story is really sad. Joanna Ramos was too young to die, and she died for the dumbest reason. This shows how fighting can lead to tragic things like death. This makes me think that it can happen to anyone of us especially because she lives in an environment like ours and we can relate to her. Choosing the wrong and fighting doesn’t solve anything, it only makes things worse and can lead to death. This also shows how society is corrupt and that we should choose the right so events like this can be prevented. No one should lose their life over a fight and especially not a young girl like Joanna Ramos who didnt even make it to half her life or enjoy it.
